Daniel L. Johnson is one of the many colorful characters who teaches at Columbia State Community College.

He sees life as Shakespeare saw life. In one of his many songs, Johnson co-wrote:

"Ole Shakespeare said it a long time ago. People are players and life is the show. We're born on s stage, and we're handed our part. We can stick to the script or play it by heart..."

So, Johnson believes that one of the many roles he was meant to play in this life is his role as a teacher of communication at Columbia State Community College.

It was and is part of destiny. He rejoices every day in that destiny. He sees it as a challenging role - a role that has meaning and purpose. He believes it is a role that can indeed touch the lives of many people.

He revels in his role.
